Today in Sometimes Silhouette I am going to share these adorable Easter egg vase wraps! These are cut out of scrapbook paper and plain white paper, and the only vinyl was on the decoration on front! As always I have included the Silhouette cut files at the bottom of the post.
The vases are the $1 glass vases for sale at the dollar tree, as are the eggs and paper grass inside the vase. So this is a very inexpensive decoration. These simple decorations are just layers of paper to give these wraps depth and interest. With all the scrapbooking papers out there, the possibilities are endless! Plus you can you the different Easter designs on many other things such as plastic eggs from the dollar store, signs, t-shirts, etc. So these files have a lot of potential uses!
So I started by cutting the white pieces and then cutting out the different bands and eggs. I ended up with enough to decorate at least 12 more vases, but sometimes that is how it goes. I think I may use them on cards. The bands don’t have to wrap around something, they can also lay flat.
The different easter designs were sketched out, then drawn in Illustrator and then finally imported into Silhouette Studio.
I hope you enjoy these cute designs. I’d love to see how you use them!
